Josh Ware

Asst. Manager, Machinery Dept.

Josh joined Gibbs & Cox in 2004 as an engineer in the Machinery Department and is now the Assistant Manager in our Arlington office. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering and Shipyard Management from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and his Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as coaching youth sports, home-brewing beer, and playing golf (when he can find time).
