Gibbs and Cox Employee Spotlight
Paul joined the Gibbs & Cox team in 2015. He came to Gibbs & Cox with over 10 years of project management experience in navy support contracting and general contracting (commercial construction) industries, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering (USMMA at Kings Point, NY), and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (UMD Smith School of Business). Prior to becoming a project manager, Paul worked out at sea on U.S. flagged merchant ships as licensed engineer for five years. While at Gibbs & Cox Paul has worked as a utility player on several projects stemming from the Scheduler/Financial Analyst on the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter to the Project Manager for the Multi Mission Surface Combatant early design work and studies. Recently, Paul has been brought into the fray on the LCS Frigate project and is expected to be taking a more active role in the day to day management in the coming months. When not working on projects for G&C, Paul spends his time with his wife Susie while corralling/playing with their two sons Owen (5) and Emmett (2).
