The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting contract administration, business administration, and proposal activities as assigned as well as provide overflow support for other administrative requirements as needed. 

Principal duties will include:

  • Prepare and submit proposals as well as administer awarded contracts/task orders

  • Prepare NDA’s and Teaming Agreements with Primes and Subcontractors

  • Input and maintain teaming, proposal and contract information into corporate financial and administrative management systems and reports

  • Support all activities of the contracts department

  • Assist in implementing controls, processes and procedures for business administration

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS Business related degree (or equivalent) and business experience in a field that supports government contract administration, negotiation, cost estimating and proposal preparation

  • Entry level understanding of government/commercial contracts, the FAR and basic contract law

  • Experience with GSA schedules, Deltek Costpoint and Microsoft office suite of software applications is a plus

  • Active Security Clearance is a plus

  • Ability to support travel requirements if needed

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
