Gibbs and Cox Employee Spotlight

JEFF JONES

Jeff joined Gibbs & Cox, Inc. in 2011. He supports the US Navy’s DDG 51 Flight III Electric Plant Working Group.  Jeff also worked closely with Bollinger Shipyard electrical design team to complete the Contract Design Phase for the USCG Off-Shore Patrol Cutter.  He is an active member of the Greater Washington Area Chapter of the International Society of Logistics (SOLE) and received the title of Certified Master Logistician (CML) from SOLE in November 2015.  Jeff’s first project with G&C was with the Maritime Solutions Group where he supported the Aegis Ashore program, as a member of Aegis Ashore Requirements Working Group. Jeff has technical expertise in weapons systems analysis including radar systems, simulation, training and test development. Mr. Jones graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.  He is also a member of The Gideons International. His hobbies include camping, hiking and working with glass.
