  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting of candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
  • Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements  and workforce planning strategies
  • Source, prescreen and interview candidates
  • Collect and maintain candidate tracking activities
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events
  • Write complete and detailed job descriptions, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates



  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience with a government contractor
  • Bachelor’s Degree in or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency using candidate tracking software
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information at the highest level regarding all employee-related issues
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
  • Must be a US citizen
