PROGRAM MANAGEMENTProgram Management Gibbs & Cox, Inc. provides our customers with Program Management services in support of engineering/design, construction, and modification/refit programs. Typical Program Management services include: Prepare, maintain, receive, transmit and analyze configuration control documentation and other technical data and documentation in legacy and electronic formats, including integrated digital/data environments Evaluate issues and provide recommendations related to ship and ship systems cost, schedule, and performance - Develop and manage program plans, schedules and budgets
Prepare and maintain program briefs, program documentation, reports and correspondence Conduct cost/performance trade off studies and risk assessments - Provide input to independent cost estimates
Provide information and recommendations to respond to Government, media, or industry inquiries Provide technical and administrative support for reviews, conferences, briefings and other meetings - Review, track, and evaluate contract deliverables
- Provide design oversight including configuration and data management
Draft, analyze, review and provide recommendations on test and evaluation program planning, provide installation, testing, execution documentation and checkout support of ship and weapons systems and participate in tests and trials - Provide subject matter technical expertise for meetings, presentations, inquiries and action item resolution
Evaluate issues and recommend solutions related to shipboard systems, weight reduction, special handling, environmental, platform signatures, and other related problems - Provide waterfront liaison
- Provide technical support and documentation covering areas including but not limited to:
- Technology insertion
- Configuration Management (CM)
- Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI)
- Corrosion Prevention
- Reliability and Maintainability (R&M)
- System Safety
- Human Systems Integration (HSI)
- Environmental Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH)
