KEVIN MOAK

Mr. Moak was appointed by the Board of Directors as the seventh Chairman of Gibbs & Cox, Inc. in March, 2002. He brings over 25 years of experience in the marine industry to this position including ship design, systems engineering, and platform systems integration for a broad range of U.S and foreign customers. His professional portfolio at Gibbs & Cox includes extensive experience in program management, corporate management, strategic planning, customer relations, business development, naval architecture, structural design, exploratory/concept and feasibility studies, contract, preliminary and detail design. Mr. Moak is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. His strong belief in continuing professional development is demonstrated by his active participation in financial and management seminars and other professional development programs.
